Somatic Therapy Practitioner
My name is Kristin. I’m a mother of three and a tribal member of Lac Vieux Desert (LVD). I’m a Somatic Therapy Practitioner (trained through Somastery Therapeutics), and an Anishinaabe natural fiber weaver, gardener, and forager.
For much of my life, I lived in survival mode — always moving, always doing — without realizing how deeply my nervous system was stuck in fight-or-flight. That began to shift when I found somatics. Through simple, body-based practices and listening to what felt true in my body, I began to feel moments of stillness. I started to land in myself. Those moments grew into a deeper sense of presence, connection, joy, and ease — not only for myself, but in how I showed up with my children, my community, and the land.
This journey reawakened my connection to my own body, to ancestral ways of knowing, and to the living intelligence of the Earth. It brought me back into relationship with the wisdom that lives in our bones, breath, and the sacred rhythms of life.
This reconnection opened the door to deeper healing. Not long after, I was introduced to the Eluumis Biophoton Balls and the Biohealing Stream — technologies that work with the living light of biophotons and the biophotonic field. They amplified everything I was experiencing through somatics. My system dropped even deeper. The survival energy that had been running the show for so long began to unwind. I began to restore flexibility to my nervous system so I could show up differently for myself and in my relationships.
From that place of safety, a new level of clarity and connection opened up. I began to feel the Earth again, not just beneath my feet, but inside me. I felt reconnected to my intuition, to divine flow, and to the original rhythm of life — a rhythm that feels spacious, guided, and deeply supported.
Now, I feel so honored to share this work with others. I offer somatic and biophoton sessions that help you slow down, feel safe, and come home to yourself — body, spirit, and light.
